Shamanic Healing Soundbath

Awaken to the web of life as we journey into the other worlds and discover a place of personal healing. Allow your animal allies and spiritual guides to support you as you rest, relax and recharge in the earth’s embrace and discover the messages and insights that your soul is ready to receive.

This unique event combines shamanic drumming and a guided energy meditation along with the beloved crystal bowls, healing gong, rattles, sacred sounds and a very special shamanic soundscape to further enhance the session.

Please bring what you need to enjoy a comfortable experience as everyone will be laying down on the floor for the session. A yoga mat, blanket, pillow, eye-mask and water bottle are encouraged. You are also welcome to bring crystals and other sacred objects if you choose. All are welcome. No experience necessary. 

Sound baths provide an opportunity to relax and journey into a healing, meditative and enhanced state of awareness. Participants experience numerous benefits including stress relief, deep cleansing and powerful rejuvenation. There is nothing you need to do, know or believe.
