You are invited to be part of this fascinating, workshop! No prior yoga experience necessary!! This is our first workshop in New York, other workshops have been held in New Hampshire have all sold out! The feedback from the attendees was sheer amazement at the results and how spot on the observations were.     Have your Aura observed and interpret, while practicing gentle yoga! You will receive a personalized written report emailed directly to you, explaining how your energy responds before, during and after each yoga posture. Each posture holds an emotional, spiritual or physical essence and your relationship to that is displayed in your aura, or energy field. We maintain the highest consideration for privacy so individual readings and reflections during the workshop are not made public before the group. General terms and discussion will  take place before and after the practice.   

**PLEASE NOTE** The number of participants will be limited to 8 for this workshop to ensure that each participant receives quality, informative feedback. Each participant will receive a personalized written report on what changes occurred to their Aura during the workshop, sent directly to them via email, absolutely NO personal information is shared. Confidentiality is important to us.  

Investment: $45 includes emailed personal aura evaluation for the workshop. Please bring a yoga mat, water and journal if you'd like to take notes.
