About the Event
Join us for an exclusive, limited attendance, 4 week mini-series and allow us to introduce you to YOGA. The basics, alignment, proper breathing techniques and even an intro to the philosophy of yoga, Yoga Sutras.
Sometimes the hardest part of practicing yoga is just rolling out your mat and taking the first breath. We invite you to join us as we guide you into the basic fundamentals of yoga in a supportive learning environment.
We will cover posture alignment, modifications, breath work, philosophy and mediation basics.
NO experience is necessary. Leave any fear at home about yoga. We've never met a person who isn't able to practice yoga!
Every series attendant will recieve a beginner booklet specifically written for this intro course.
