Shakti Sculpt & Flow Pop Up Class

Join us for Shakti Sculpt and Flow Yoga - come ready to sweat and prepare to leave feeling strong and grounded! In Sanskrit, Shakti means “The ultimate feminine power and strength”! Yes, please!  Shakti Sculpt and Flow Yoga blends the worlds of yoga and strength training. This class combines traditional yoga postures and strategic strengthening exercises to build strength and tone the entire body.  Shakti Sculpt and Flow Yoga utilizes light hand weights and vinyasa flows to add intensity to your workout.  This class is ideal for yogis looking to add sculpting to their practice or athletes looking for a new challenge.  We invite you to bring light hand weights ranging 1-3lbs, water and, as always, modifications and adjustments are available!
