Sacred Cacao Circle

Join us for a very special kirtan and sacred cacao circle at Joyful Yoga.  

The entire circle will participate in energetically preparing the cacao together, offering our positive energy and intentions.  Sacred instruments, drumming and special mantras chanted in call and response style will fuel the fire of our own hearts and help to activate the cacao to it’s highest healing potential.

The session will included a guided meditation journey as we sip our cacao and end with sound and energy healing.

We are be working with ceremonial grade cacao from Guatemala in an extremely intimate and potent way. This event will be much different than our previous soundbath and cacao ceremony back in March.

This beautiful ceremony offers you a powerful opportunity to release anything you are ready to let go of, receive deep inner healing and call in new intentions and opportunities for yourself.

Cacao (chocolate in its purest natural form) is used in ceremonies across the world to open the heart, nurture spiritual connections and facilitate gentle healing from within.

No prior experience is needed. Please just bring your open and curious heart. This event will be fun, sacred and powerful.

Please bring a meditation cushion or pillow to sit on if you have one. 

The studio has yoga mats and bolsters available for you, but you are welcome to bring your own. You are welcome to bring anything else that will support you in a more comfortable experience. Yoga mat, blankets, pillows, eyeshades, water, crystals and other sacred objects.

Our guest presenters prepare well in advance for their offerings in the studio and out of respect for their time, energy and the devotion to what they offer our community, refunds for cancellations and transfers for missed events cannot be offered without at least a 72 hour notice.
