Lunar Healing Yoga & Meditation

Join us for an evening to submerge into the workings of the full moon. The evening will begin with a gentle heart opening yoga sequence, specifically designed for this specific full moon. Then there will be a guided meditation centered to bring you into a deeper state of relaxation to open the heart center to receive the blessings and love you so richly deserve.

A full moon has the power to super charge the emotions. During this workshop our evening will be centered around the heart and the emotions that are held in the heart center.  We will also learn how to utilize and work with the full moon energy and her tips and information specific to the full moon.

Each workshop participant will receive a uniquely crafted item that is tailored for this full moon meditation.
