Chair yoga is an adaptable version of yoga helpful for any body shape and ability. Chair yoga is created for anyone who spends time behind a desk, not able to easily move from floor to standing or just looking for an adaptable version of yoga to aid in health / physical recovery.
Chair yoga helps reduce stress, improves balance, strength & flexibility, focuses the mind, helps with pain management and breath awareness.
Join Susan Sledge RYT200 for this introductory class. She brings a deeper knowledge of this speciality class having trained with a premier developer of Chair Yoga, Lakshmi Voelker Chair Yoga Teacher Training, E-RYT500, C-IAYT, YACEP, KYT.
