Allow yourself to journey deep into the heart of mother earth for personal healing, inner discovery and connection into the sacred web of life.
Tonight we mirror the energetic pattern of the earth; moving deeply within, anchoring our light as we prepare for the transition from Autumn to Winter in the northern hemisphere.Â
Join us as we turn our gaze inward, guided by the rhythm of the drum traveling through the portals of our own hearts for personal and planetary healing.Â
This unique event combines shamanic drumming and a guided energy meditation along with the beloved crystal bowls, healing gong and other instruments.
You are welcome to bring anything that will support you in a more comfortable experience. Yoga matt, blankets, pillows, eyeshades, water, crystals and other sacred objects.
All are welcome. No experience necessary. Sound baths provide an opportunity to relax and journey into a healing, meditative and enhanced state of awareness. Participants experience numerous benefits including stress relief, deep cleansing and powerful rejuvenation. There is nothing you need to do, know or believe. Join us for a powerful, yet relaxed evening of connection, empowerment, healing sound and vibration.
