Inner Light Soundbath

Join Jeffrey Warren for this dynamic sound healing experience as we turn inwards, release our focus on the outer light of the cosmos and allow each of us to return authentically home to ourselves.

From this inner space, we allow our energy to be drawn in as deeply as possible, and discover the incredible light within us as we move towards the winter solstice on December 21st, which provides powerful opportunities for rebirth and renewal!

You are welcome to bring anything that will support you in a more comfortable experience. Please bring your Yoga mat. Other items such as blankets, pillows, eyeshades, water, crystals and other sacred objects, etc, are optional.

All are invited. No experience necessary. Sound baths provide an opportunity to relax and journey into a healing, meditative and enhanced state of awareness. Participants experience numerous benefits including stress relief, deep cleansing and powerful rejuvenation. There is nothing you need to do, know or believe. Join us for a powerful, yet relaxed evening of connection, empowerment, healing sound and vibration.

Our guest presenters prepare well in advance for their offerings in the studio and out of respect for their time, energy and the devotion to what they offer our community, refunds for cancellations and transfers for missed events cannot be offered without at least a 72 hour notice.
