About the Event

Offering two dates for this workshop, limited attendance for personal attention! Attend one or both workshops. Everyone attending will receive a specifically designed booklet about hips & hamstrings to take home for easy reference.

Hip opening poses help to open and loosen the joints and muscles around the hips. They help to keep the pelvis and hips in proper alignment, preventing strain and tightness in that area.

Benefits of hamstring stretches: Tight hamstrings reduce the mobility of the pelvis, which can put pressure on the lower back.

Join us for one workshop or both. Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move without restriction. Please bring water, your yoga mat and strap. Everything else will be provided for you.
