About the event

Open and activate your sacred heart center with a beautiful cacao ceremony, culminating in a luscious sound bath. Cacao (chocolate in its purest natural form) is used in ceremonies across the world to open the heart, nurture spiritual connections and facilitate gentle healing from the inside out.

Tonight’s event will open with an offering of organic cacao along with a guided meditation to awaken you to new levels of Self Love, Divine Love and Deep Inner Compassion. Set your personal intentions for healing and transformation and relax into the nurturing sounds of the crystal bowls, gongs and other sacred instruments.

You are welcome to bring anything that will support you in a more comfortable experience. Yoga mat, blankets, pillows, eyeshades, water, crystals and other sacred objects. All are welcome. No experience necessary. Please bring what you need to be comfortable, yoga studio has a limited amount of props available for use.

Sound baths provide an opportunity to relax and journey into a healing, meditative and enhanced state of awareness. Participants experience numerous benefits including stress relief, deep cleansing and powerful rejuvenation. There is nothing you need to do, know or believe. Join us for a powerful, yet relaxed evening of connection, empowerment, healing sound and vibration.

Our guest presenters prepare well in advance for their offerings in the studio and out of respect for their time, energy and the devotion to what they offer our community, refunds for cancellations and transfers for missed events cannot be offered without at least a 72 hour notice.
