Freestyle Dance

Do you like to dance wildly and freely? 

Join us for a free-form evening of movement.  Participants gather to dance without instruction from a leader; open to weave their own path through the music.  Abandon yourself to the rhythm and move freely.  Bring an open mind and non-judgmental attitude.  Primal movement helps the body enter a state of flow leading to increased creativity, happiness, and emotional regulation.

What to expect?

Ø Music that moves in a wave. The rhythm starts out slow, increases in speed, and gradually slows again.

Ø There is an opening and closing circle where we connect
