Equinox Energy Soundbath & Cacao Ceremony ~ Stepping into the Light

Open and activate your sacred heart center with a beautiful cacao ceremony as we prepare to enter the Spring Equinox Portal.

Twice each year the energy of the earth finds itself in perfect equilibrium, offering us complete balance of lunar and solar energies. These special days provide potent windows for spiritual work, healing, elevation and advancement.

Cacao (chocolate in its purest natural form) is used in ceremonies across the world to open the heart, nurture spiritual connections and facilitate gentle healing from the inside out.

Tonight’s event will begin with an offering of organic cacao along with a guided meditation to bring receptivity, balance and renewal as we prepare to enter the powerful cosmic frequencies that arrive with the equinox.

Set your personal intentions for healing and transformation and relax into the nurturing sounds of the crystal bowls, gongs and other sacred instruments.

You are welcome to bring anything that will support you in a more comfortable experience. Yoga mat, blankets, pillows, eyeshades, water, crystals and other sacred objects.

All are welcome. No experience necessary. Sound baths provide an opportunity to relax and journey into a healing, meditative and enhanced state of awareness. Participants experience numerous benefits including stress relief, deep cleansing and powerful rejuvenation. There is nothing you need to do, know or believe.
