You are welcome to bring anything that will support you in a more comfortable experience. Yoga matt, blankets, pillows, eyeshades, water, crystals and other sacred objects.

All are welcome. No experience necessary. Sound baths provide an opportunity to relax and journey into a healing, meditative and enhanced state of awareness.
