Energy of the Buddha Sound Healing Journey

Wesak (or Vesak) taking place on the full moon of May is a holiday celebrated across the globe, which honors the life and teachings of the Buddha. We come together on this day to celebrate, heal and clear the path to our own enlightenment.

Tonight’s event will offer special buddhist mantras, energy healing and meditation to help remove anything in the way of your highest destiny. Allow the sacred sounds and vibrations of the crystal bowls, gong and other healing instruments to clear negative thoughts and energies, bringing you to a state of boundless bliss.

You are welcome to bring anything that will support you in a more comfortable experience. Yoga mat, blankets, pillows, eyeshades, water, crystals, other sacred objects, etc.

All are welcome. No experience necessary. Sound baths provide an opportunity to relax and journey into a healing, meditative and enhanced state of awareness. Participants experience numerous benefits including stress relief, deep cleansing and powerful rejuvenation. There is nothing you need to do, know or believe.
