Discovering your drishti, your focal point. The point that holds our balance inwards and outwards. Our joyful series is intended to be beginner friendly and also for the advanced yogi. We will rediscover why this ancient practice is exactly what we are craving for.
In this two part series, April 18th and 25th, we will dive into what the concept of finding our balance is, centering out spirit and connect with our focus. Along with diving deeper into "What is Yoga".
This is a conversational workshop delivered by two of Joyful Yoga's lead instructors as we guide you to learn and explore proper alignment in postures, breathing techniques, and have the opportunity to learn a bit about the yoga philosophical history.
