Crystal Energy Sound Healing Journey

Holding us within it’s sacred container- we will open up through sound and energy healing to allow the crystal frequencies to resonate deeply within our auric fields for healing, wisdom and connection.

Experience the magical world of minerals directly, as you are guided on a crystalline journey, culminating in a luscious soundbath. Set your personal intentions for healing and transformation and relax into the nurturing sounds of the crystal bowls, gongs and other sacred instruments. 

You are welcome to bring anything that will support you in a more comfortable experience. Yoga mat, blankets, pillows, eyeshades, water, crystals and other sacred objects. All are welcome. No experience necessary. Please bring what is needed for comfort, yoga studio has a limited amount of supply props

Sound baths provide an opportunity to relax and journey into a healing, meditative and enhanced state of awareness. Participants experience numerous benefits including stress relief, deep cleansing and powerful rejuvenation. There is nothing you need to do, know or believe. Join us for a powerful, yet relaxed evening of connection, empowerment, healing sound and vibration.

Our guest presenters prepare well in advance for their offerings in the studio and out of respect for their time, energy and the devotion to what they offer our community, refunds for cancellations and transfers for missed events cannot be offered without at least a 72 hour notice.
