Contemplation Meditation

This specialty class will approach meditation in a more contemplative way. 

We will start with creating a bond with our brain and learn how to use meditation to not only find peace, but wisdom that can only be experienced when we have learned how to quiet down. 

This class will either begin or end with a deep relaxation exercise that will be explained on a card you can take with you and practice on your own.

Investment in building a relationship with your mind: $30

Refunds can only be offered with cancellation of  72 hours or more.

Unfortunately refunds, transfers and credits can not be offered without 72 hours notice.
