Chakra Renewal ~ An Energetic Spa Day

Starting the new year off right with a magical Chakra Renewal Energetic spa day Retreat. 

This experience is designed to move energy through yoga, both flow and restorative as we ignite the chakra centers. 

Taking the time to pause, reset the nervous system and explore thoughts and feelings with prompted journaling.

Guided meditation and creating expressive art will allow the process of energy to be unique and personal. 

The day is an energetic reset for the physical, emotional, spiritual body. We carry heaviness with us year after year and we often wonder why we are sluggish, sad or not feeling our best self. 

One of the highlights of the energetic spa day is a catered lunch with high energy foods. Our specialty chef, Jessica Graham from Buckley's in Hollis brings years of experience preparing high quality healthy vegan soul food. The lunch is catered so all you need to do is gather with us, fill your plate and nourish the body. Jessica has done everything else for you. 

As we finish up our energetic spa day we will end with Yoga Nidra, a journey through the energy centers, Chakras and seal our expressive day deep within us. 

11am-6pm includes lunch, journal, art supplies and a booklet for personal at home use to continue to grow and shine
