Sharon came to yoga seeking physical exercise and stress relief. Over 15 years later, she credits it with tremendous healing and growth and is so happy to be able to share that with other people. Sharon practices and teaches many styles, from yin and restorative to vinyasa, with a focus on alignment and making each pose the right one for each body. She is devoted to making yoga—the physical, mental, and spiritual practices—accessible to all.
She completed her 200-hour Yoga Alliance certified training at Windsoul Wellness Center in 2019, and is a Reiki Master Teacher, offering healing sessions through energy work, psychic readings, and mediumship, as well as a certified sound healer, an herbalist, an editor of esoteric books, and a graduate student pursuing a master’s degree in mental health counseling.
