Our class list includes a range of levels and techniques and are taught by our certified team of instructors. We pride ourselves in offering classes that are both dynamic and meditative, letting you move your body as well as still the mind.

Each class provides personal modifications and emphasizes integrating mind, body, energy, and breath; within a light and supportive environment. In addition to sequencing for an energetic effect, meditation, pranayama and a guided savasana are offered in each class.

All levels of practice are welcome.

Sacred Stretch
Yin  Yoga

Thursdays at 6:30PM with Joy

Difficulty: Beginner, all levels

Style: Yin Yoga

Infusing stretching postures, soothing yoga, and a meditative aspect, this class incorporates a slow, easy flow allowing the body and mind to relax. Yin yoga poses are held for a longer period of time to target tissues like your fascia, ligaments, joints, and bones giving you space to turn inward and tune into both your mind and the physical sensations of your body. Breathing techniques and gentle postures for easy joint movements and releasing tension improves flexibility, neuromuscular coordination, balance, postural awareness and maximizes full range of motion to help decrease the risk of injury when performing activities of daily living.​

Difficulty:  Beginner to slightly more intermediate,  all levels

Style: Vinyasa

1 HR

A 50 minute all levels (beginner friendly) strength vinyasa flow class. 

Warm up, flow to get the body moving & breathing while gently raising the inner heat and then cool down with an aromatherapy savasana.

Restorative Yoga is a gentle yoga practice where props are used to support the body. Restorative yoga is a restful practice where postures are held longer enabling the muscles to stretch and mind and body to be at ease. 

Yoga Nidra enables clients to focus on body sensing and breath awareness through guided imagery and other practices. You are systematically guided on a meditation journey through each level of your whole being for a rejuvenated self.

Begin your Monday morning with an all-levels Gentle yoga class specifically focused on alignment, stretch and breath.


This class is a hybrid between hatha and stretch, gentle enough for the gracefully aging but with focused alignment cues and soft touch.

Kripalu is a gentle hatha yoga practice with an emphasis on 

compassion, for Self. 


It focuses on meditation, physical healing, and spiritual transformation that grows from the yoga mat into daily life.  


 Kripalu's emphasis on adaptability and acceptance, it is a style that is welcoming to people who feel like they are outside the norm. It's also popular for those who are looking for transformation during difficult times of life or who have injuries or other physical limitations.

Difficulty: Beginner friendly, all levels

Style: Vinyasa Yoga

75 Minutes

Blending yoga and strength training, this class offers a stronger flow sequence combining traditional yoga postures and strategic strengthening exercises to build strength and tone the entire body with non-traditional yoga tunes! 

Bring optional 1, 2 or 3 lb hand weights, water, maybe a hand towel and yoga mat.

Susan Chair Pose Yoga

Difficulty: Beginner, anyone who would prefer not to practice on floor

Chair yoga is an adaptable version of yoga helpful for any body shape and ability. Chair yoga is created for anyone who spends time behind a desk, not able to easily move from floor to standing or just looking for an adaptable version of yoga to aid in health / physical recovery.

Chair yoga helps reduce stress, improves balance, strength & flexibility, focuses the mind, helps with pain management and breath awareness.


Dynamic Vinyasa

Friday 9:00am with Kyle

Difficulty: Beginner friendly but slightly more intermediate to advanced,  all levels

Style: Flow Vinyasa

Vinyasa is a style of yoga characterized by stringing postures together so that you move from one to another, seamlessly, using breath, think Lite-Power Yoga.

The variable nature of Vinyasa Yoga helps to develop a more balanced body as well as prevent repetitive motion injuries that can happen if you are always doing the same thing every day.

As a philosophy, Vinyasa recognizes the temporary nature of things.  We enter into a posture, are there for a while and then leave. A fabulous way to start your day!


Serenity Saturday

Saturday 9:00am with Stefanie

Difficulty: Beginner, all levels

Style: Hatha Yoga, Slow Yoga

A morning class to release the weeks stress & anxiety through a gentle recharging flow. Stefanie brings her knowledge of living through anxiety to the mat, as she guides a gentle, thoughtful and anxiety reducing class.


Focus on breath work, grounding and basic balance postures to get you out of your head and onto your mat.

Pilates is a form of exercise which concentrates on strengthening the body with an emphasis on core strength. 


This helps to improve general fitness and overall well-being. Similar to Yoga, Pilates concentrates on posture, balance and flexibility.

Style: Hatha/Vinyasa

We approach the flow with attention inward, listening to our body as we flow through sun salutations with variations. The flow is gentle enough to be a beginner friendly class. Listen to your body as you flow through this class. Each class focuses on a zenful flow and gentle breathing at a slower pace.

Difficulty: Beginner friendly, all levels

Style: Gentle Hatha Yoga

Designed for adults 50+ who may benefit from a slower pace class with a recognition of age-related functional changes. The class brings a mindfulness to our gentle practice of postures and stretching. Classes consist of easier postures with a focus on breathing techniques to help focus the mind, unwind, build strength, increase flexibility, improve posture and balance. Clients are encouraged to find their own balance between effort and ease during the practice.

This no bar barre workout is a thigh, booty, and core blaster – great for beginners or experienced barre enthusiasts. No equipment required.

The unique design of this yoga class has a focus on improving range of motion, along with strengthening and stretching the muscles, fascia and connective tissue.

The Nourishing Yoga movement is designed to pay attention to joint mobility by helping lubricate the joints with a variety of yoga postures. These selective movements are coupled together with yoga.

This class will enhance your everyday living.

When we work with our clients on a personal, one on one basis, we provide them an unique approach.  The clients needs are multi-leveled. Perhaps your journey allows for mantra practice or maybe the most beneficial approach is journaling. Each client's program is completely designed around their goals, hopes & wishes. 

Joyful Yoga's program incorporates a multiple layering of components to allow the individual a personalized program directly aligned with their specific needs. We work in conjunction with other medical professionals, such as physical therapists, chiropractors, massage therapists. Our goal is to provide a complementary approach in healing.
